PICNIC HAMBURGER ROLLS

- 8 oblong hard rolls
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2/3 c tomato sauce
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- Oregano
- 1/4 c sliced stuffed olives
- 1 c diced Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cut deep slits in tops of rolls.
- Saute hamburger till browned, breaking up with a potato masher to get fine, crumbly mixture.
- Add tomato sauce, salt, garlic salt, olives and cheese.
- Fill rolls evenly with mixture. Sprinkle each with a little oregano.
- Wrap each filled roll in aluminum foil. Heat at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and mixture is hot. Can also heat on rack over hot coals 15 minutes, turning often.
