List of Ingredients
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1, 28 oz. can whole tomatoes, undrained
- 3/4 c. dried tomatoes (not oil packed)
- 1/2 of 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1, 14 oz. can chicken broth
- 1/2 c. sliced celery (1 stalk)
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Saute onion in olive oil about 10 min. or until tender.
- Add rest of ingredients and simmer, covered, for 1 hr. Makes 4 servings.
