    ESCALLOPED POTATOES

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 large Russet potatoes
    • 1/2 c minced onion
    • 3 Tbsp flour
    • 2 Tbsp butter
    • salt/pepper to taste
    • 1-1/2 c milk


    Instructions


    1. Peel and slice potatoes. Place 1/3 of potatoes in greased casserole dish. Layer 1/2 of the onion, 1/2 of the flour, 1/2 of the butter and 1/2 of the salt/pepper. Then layer 1/2 of the remaining potatoes and rest of ingredients, except milk. Put remaining potatoes on top. Pour milk over ingredients. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are fork tender. Serves 6-8
