    Basil Skillet Scalloped Potatoes

    You may want to use milk in place of water
    35 minutes (20 min prep, 15 min cooking)

    1 tablespoon margarine or butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced

    1 In large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine.
    2 Cook onion with basil until tender.
    3 Add soup, water and cheese.
    4 Reduce heat to low.
    5 Heat until cheese is melted, stirring often.
    6 Add potatoes.
    7 Heat through, stirring occasionally.
