    Breakfast Trail Mix:

    Serves: 4

    Exchanges: 1/2 bread, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 fat

    Ingredients:
    1-1/2 cups shredded wheat cereal 1/2 cup dried chopped mixed fruit 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts

    Preparation:
    Mix and place in an airtight container. Makes about 4 (1/2-cup) servings.
