16 ounces 90% lean ground beef
1/2 cup crushed Doritos reduced fat Nacho Chips
3/4 cup chunky salsa -- divided, see recipe
2 teaspoons Jo's Chili seasoning -- or any other reputable brand
    1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Twin
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/4 cup reduced sodium ketchup
6 tablespoons fat free sour cream

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray.
