Orange-Ginger Steakhouse Sirloin*

1/4 cup steak sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 (20 oz) boneless sirloin steak, about 3/4 inches thick trimmed of fat (20 oz after trimming)
Heat broiler. In a small bowl, combine steak sauce, sugar, zest and ginger. Place beef in a shallow baking dish and spoon all but 2 tbsp steak sauce mixture over steak. Turn several times to coat thoroughly. Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes. Coat a broiler rack and pan with cooking spray and place beef on broiler rack, discarding marinade. Broil no closer than 2 to 3 minutes away from heat source for 5 minutes, then turn and broil 4 to 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Place on cutting board and let rest 5 minutes before slicing in thin diagonals. Spoon 2 tbsp of reserved sauce over slices and serve.
