    Souper Supper Squares

    16 oz. extra lean ground sirlion or turkey breast
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. Jo's Loose Meat Seasoning or any reputable meat seasoning
    6 Tbsp. dried fine bread crumbs
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/4 c. fat-free milk
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

    In a large bowl, combine meat, onion,Jo's Loose Meat Seasoning,bread crumbs and 1/2 c. Cream of Mushroom Soup. Mix well to combine. Pat mixture into an 8 by 8 inch glass microwavable baking dish.
    Cover and microwave on HIGH(100% power) for 8 to 10 minutes or til meat is set in center. Let baking dish set for 3 to 4 minutes. Meanwhile in a medium bowl combine remaining Cream of Mushroom soup, milk and parsley flakes. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or til hot and bubbly, stirring after 1 minute.Cut meat into 6 pieces. For each serving, place 1 piece on plate and spoon about 2 Tbsp. sauce over top.
