    List of Ingredients




    Serves 6

    16 ozs extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp dried fine bread crumbs
    1 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 tsp dried minced garlic
    1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 tbsps Splenda Granular
    2 tsps lemon juice

    Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Spray 9-by- 5-inch loaf pan with
    butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine meat,
    bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, garlic, soy sauce, Splenda and lemon
    juice. Mix well to combine. Pat mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45
    to 50 minutes. Place loaf pan on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Cut
    into to 6 servings,
