    1-1/2 cups Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
    6 tbsps Sugar Twin or Sprinkle Sweet
    1 cup fresh cranberries
    1/4 cup (1 oz) chopped walnuts
    1 egg or equivalent in egg substitute
    1/2 cup skim milk

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9- by 9-inch cake pan with
    butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, 1/4 cup
    Sugar Twin,
    cranberries and walnuts. Add egg and skim milk. Mix gently just to combine.
    Spread mixture into prepared cake pan. Evenly sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons
    Sugar Twin over top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Place cake pan on a wire rack
    and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes. Cut into 8 servings.
