Baked Tacos*

List of Ingredients
6 (6") corn tortillas, torn into pieces
16 oz. extra lean ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup taco sauce
1 (8 oz) can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1 cup + 2 tablespoons (4 1/2 oz) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Spray an 8 x 12 baking dish with olive oil flavored cooking spray. Layer half of tortilla pieces in prepared baking dish. In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in taco sauce and tomato sauce. Spoon half of the meat mixture and half of the cheese over tortilla pieces in baking dish. Repeat layers. Bake for 30 to 35 minute.s Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.

Note: I used FF flour tortillas and salsa (instead of the taco sauce). This was delicious and it was great for leftovers the next day.
