8 ouces ground sirloin beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 ounce size)
1/4 cup reduced sodium catsup
1 tsp chili powder
2 cups hot cooked macaroni, rinsed and drained
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
in a large skillet brown meat and onions. Stir in undrained stewed tomatoes, catsup, and chili powder or seasoning. add macaroni and cheddar cheese. mix well to combine. lower heat and simmer about 6 min until cheese melts and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
