Exchanges: 4 meats, 1-1/2 breads, 1/2 vegetable, 1 fat
1 8-ounce package egg noodles
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1 4-ounce can mushrooms
1 4-ounce jar pimiento
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup cream style 2% cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated 2% Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon basil
Preparation:
Cook noodles for half the time according to package directions and drain and rinse thoroughly. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients with noodles until well mixed. Pour mixture into crockpot coated with vegetable spray. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
