List of Ingredients
Yield: 4 Servings
2 c Green beans; cooked
2 c Wide noodles; cooked & drain
7 oz Chicken;cooked & cubed
1/4 c Margarine; diet
1/4 c Mayonnaise; diet
1 c Cottage cheese; low fat
1/2 ts Lemon papper seasoning
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Parsley; chopped
3 tb Parmesean cheese; grated
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 2-qt casserole, layer half of
beans, noodles, and chicken.
2) Combine mayonnaise, cottage cheese, salt, lemon pepper, garlic
powder, and parsley. Spread half of mixture over chicken. Sprinkle
with half of parmesan.
3) Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
4) Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
