List of Ingredients
2 cups frozen pepper and onion stir-fry medley
3/4 lb fully cooked 95% fat-free ham slice, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups frozen green beans
1 (15 oz) can chunky Italian-style tomato sauce
4 ozs uncooked angel hair pasta
Cut up any large onion chunks in the pepper-onion mixture. In a large
nonstick skillet, combine the peppers and onions, ham and oil. Cook,
over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the onion has softened,
about 5 or 6 minutes. Add the green beans and tomato sauce. Bring to
a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 8 or 9 minutes or until the
green beans are cooked. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to
package directions. Serve the ham and vegetables over the pasta.
Serves 4 (1 cup plus 1 oz pasta)
