SCALLOPED MACARONI & HAM
1(10¾oz)can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
½c skim milk
1½c(6oz)shredded Kraft Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
1 full c(6oz)diced Dubuque 97% Fat Free Ham or any extra-lean ham
1c frozen peas
2c cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed & drained
¼tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray an 8x8"baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a lg skillet, combine mushroom soup, skim milk, & cheddar cheese. Cook over med heat, stirring often, until cheese melts. Stir in ham, peas, macaroni & pepper. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared dish. Bake 30 min. Place dish on a wire rack & let set 3-4 min. Cut into 6 servings.
