Serves 4 (1-1/2 cups)
List of Ingredients
8 ozs ground lean turkey or beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (2.5 oz jar) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup shredded carrots
1-1/2 cups frozen cut green beans
1 (14-1/2 oz) Stewed Tomatoes, undrained
1 (10-3/4 oz) Healthy Request tomato Soup
1 cup water
1-1/3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
In a large skillet sprayed with olive oil flavored cooking spray,
brown meat and onion. Add mushrooms, carrots, green beans,
undrained stewed tomatoes, tomato soup, and water. Mix well to
combine. Stir in macaroni, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is
tender, stirring occasionally.
