Tom's Hamburger Rice Dish*

List of Ingredients
16 oz extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
1 c finely chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (12 fluid ounce) can Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk
1/2 c water
2 cups uncooked Minute Rice
1 (2.5 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, celery & onion. Stir in mushroom soup, evaporated milk and water. Add uncooked instant rice and mushrooms. Mix well to combine. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until rice and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
