    CANDY BAR” PIE *****

    1 purchased 9” chocolate crumb crust
    1 (4 serving) pkg sugar free instant chocolate pudding
    2/3 cup dry skim milk powder
    1 ½ cup water
    2 oz peanuts, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)
    3 Tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon caramel syrup
    ½ cup reduced calorie whipped topping (8 calories per Tablespoon)

    Place most of peanuts evenly over bottom of pie crust. (Reserve a few for garnish.) Drizzle 2 Tablespoons caramel syrup over peanuts. Combine pudding, milk and water with wire whisk. Pour over peanuts. Chill at least 2 hours. When serving, top each piece with 1 Tablespoon whipped topping, a few chopped peanuts and ½ teaspoon caramel syrup.

    Serves 8

    Each serving equals: ½ Bread; ½ Fat; ¼ Milk; ¼ Protein; 96 optional calories
