    Million Dollar Coconut Pie*

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/3 c. dry milk powder

    1/2 c. water

    2/3 c. Splenda

    1 8 oz pkg ff crm chz

    1 c. drained crushed pineapple

    1 c. Cool Whip free

    1 t. coconut extract

    1/4 c. chopped pecans

    2 T. flaked coconut

    1 6 oz graham cracker crust

    In a med microwavable bowl, combine dry milk powder and water. Cover and microwave on high for 45 - 60 sec. or until mixture is almost boiling. Add Splenda. Mix well to combine, cover and refrig at least 2 hours. Fold in crm chz. Add pineapple. Add 1/2 c. Cool Whip and coconut ex. Mix gently to combine. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into 8 srvngs, top each piece w/ 1 T. Cool Whip.

    HE: 1/2 SM, 1/2 Br, 1/2 pr, 1/2 fat, 1 sl, 2 OC.

    221 cal, 9 grams fat, 3 grams pro, 32 grams carbs, 166 mg sod, 1 gram fi.

    Diabetic : 1 1/2 brd, 1/2 SM, 1/2 fat.

    You may need to refrig longer than 1 hr so it sets.
