    Serving Size: 1/2 cup

    2 cups no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream
    1 (1 lb) bag frozen peaches, partially thawed (remove from freezer about 20 minutes before using)
    1/2 cup white grape peach juice (100% juice)
    1/4 cup all-fruit seedless raspberry spread

    Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. If using a blender, work in two batches.

    Place the processed mixture in a plastic container or serving dishes; cover and freeze. (Freeze 30 minutes for semi-soft, which has the best flavor and texture. Freeze 2 hours or overnight for firmer texture. If ice cream is frozen overnight, let it stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.)
