    1 pound ground turkey -- or chicken
    1 1/2 cups Onion -- chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon Pepper
    1 1/2 cups milk, 2% lowfat
    3 Eggs
    3/4 cup reduced fat Bisquick®
    2 medium Tomatoes -- sliced
    1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese -- or American, shredded
    1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
    12 dill pickle slices -- to 16

    1. Crumble ground beef into microvaveable pie plate, 10x1-1/2"; add onion.
    Cover with waxed paper and microwave on HIGH (100%) 3 minutes; stir. Cover
    with waxed paper and microwave until beef is done, 3 to 4 minutes longer;
    drain.

    2. Stir in salt and pepper.

    3. Spread evenly in pie plate.

    4. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth, 15 seconds, in blender on
    high or 1 minute
    with hand beater. Pour into pie plate.

    5. Place pie plate on inverted microwavable dinner plate in microwave oven.
    Microwave uncovered on
    Medium-High heat (70%) rotating pie plate 1/4 turn every 6 minutes, until
    knife inserted in center comes out clean, 12 to 18 minutes.

    6. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Microwave uncovered, rotating pie plate 1/4
    turn every
    3 minutes, until cheese is melted, 6 to 8 minutes.

    7. Let stand on flat, heatproof surface 5 minutes (do not stand on wire
    rack). Top with lettuce and pickles.
