    1 Cup Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
    1 Quart Boiling Water
    1/2 Cup Skim Milk
    3 Slices Reduced-Fat American Cheese

    Cook macaroni in boiling water for 7 minutes, drain, and rinse. Place cooked macaroni in microwavable medium glass bowl or casserole. Pour milk over macaroni, then tear cheese slices and sprinkle over macaroni. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. 4 servings at 3 points each
