    Taco Pasta

    16 ounces extra lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 (8 ounce) can Hunt's tomato Sauce
    1/4 cup water
    1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning (JO's Taco Seasoning)
    1/3 cup chopped ripe olives
    3 cups cooked rotini pasta, rinsed and drained
    1 cup + 2 Tablespoons shredded Kraft reduced -fat Cheddar cheese

    In large skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in tomato sauce, water, and Taco seasoning. Bring mixture to a boil. Stir in olives and rotini pasta. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine. Serve at once.

    Serve 6 ( 1 cup )
