    Serves: 1
    Exchanges: 1 meat, 2 breads, 1 vegetable, 1 fruit, 1 fat

    1 7-inch flat-style whole-wheat pita bread
    1/4 cup prepared marinara sauce
    1/4 cup chopped frozen broccoli
    1/4 cup diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese

    Preparation:
    Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Spread sauce on the pita bread and top with vegetables (any other combination may be used) Top with the cheese and bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until bread is crisp. Cut into wedges.
