    Timeless Tuna Melt

    6 oz can water-packed tuna, drained
    2 tbsps finely chopped red onion
    2 tbsps finely chopped celery
    2 tbsps nonfat mayonnaise
    2 slices whole wheat bread
    1/4 cup shredded nonfat cheddar, American, Swiss or mozzarella cheese

    Combine tuna, onion, celery and mayonnaise in a small bowl; mix
    until completely blended. Line toaster oven pan with foil and spray with
    cooking spray. Place bread on foil-lined pan. Divide tuna mixture evenly
    between bread slices and sprinkle with cheese.

    Cook under toaster oven broiler 3 to 4 minutes until browned on top and
    heated through.
