    Serves: 4

    Exchanges: 2 eats, 2 vegetables, 1/2 fruit, 1 fat

    Ingredients:
    16-oz package shredded cabbage with carrots 8 ounces cooked chicken breast, diced 1/4 cup sliced red onion 3-oz package ramen noodles 1/2 cup bottled Wish Bone® Citrus Vinaigrette salad dressing 15-oz can mandarin orange sections, drained 4 cups packed chopped romaine lettuce

    Preparation:
    In a large bowl combine the slaw mix with the diced chicken and red onion. Add the crumbled ramen noodles and save the seasoning pack for another use. Toss with the salad dressing and gently stir in the mandarin orange sections. Serve about 1 1/2 cups of mixture over 1 cup of packed chopped romaine leaves. Serves 4. (Buy a whole roasted chicken and remove skin before eating, use remainder for various recipes.)
