Serves: 8

Exchanges: 1 meat, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 fat

Ingredients:
1 package black cherry gelatin (sugar-free)
1 can sweet dark pitted cherries (drained, no sugar added)
1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
4-ounces cream cheese (light)


Preparation:
Prepare gelatin as directed on package. Add cherries after draining well. Add walnuts. Cut sour cream into small cubes and add to mixture. Stir and place in a decorated mold or other dish. Refrigerate until gelatin is set.
