    Busy Mom's Lowfat Cookbook

    List of Ingredients





    1/2 Cup Imitation Crab Meat -- Diced
    6 Oz Can Tuna In Water -- Drained
    1 Tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
    1 Tablespoon Green Onion -- Finely Chopped
    2 Tablespoons Fat-Free Plain Yogurt
    1 Tablespoon Reduced-Fat Salad Dressing
    1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
    4 Whole Wheat Pita Breads (Up To 6) -- Cut In Half
    Lettuce Leaves

    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the bread and lettuce, and mix well. Line pita pockets with lettuce leaves if desired, and fill with the seafood mixture. Serves 4 at 4 points each
