    Exchanges: per 1 cup serving: 1-1/2 meat, 3/4 bread, 1/2 vegetable, 3/4 fat

    1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 (10-3/4 ounce) cans Campbell’s Condensed Minestrone Soup
    1 (14-1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes (diced)
    1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes (diced)
    1 (15-1/2 ounce) can chili beans
    3 (10-3/4 ounce) cans water


    Preparation:
    Brown together ground beef and chopped onion. Drain thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Mix together. Simmer for 10 minutes.
