    List of Ingredients





    1 (15 ounce) can of white beans, drained and rinsed;
    2 cups fat-free chicken broth;
    1 cup chopped turkey;
    1 finely diced fennel bulb (I substituted 1 finely diced small onion);
    2 teaspoons dried rosemary (I let this out because of personal taste)
    2 teaspoons dried oregano,
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    In a large saucepan; heat until simmering and cook 5 minutes.


    I put the soup right into 4 serving-sized containers and found that a serving measured more like 1 cup instead of 1 and 1/4 cup).
