    Coconut Shrimp


    List of Ingredients


    • 24 Large Raw shrimp, peeled
    • !/2 Cups All-purpose flour
    • 2 Eggs
    • 3 Cups Shredd Coconut


    Instructions


    1. Dredge shrimp in flour, then in eggs. Roll shrimp in shredded coconut, covering them thoroughly.
    2. Deep fry shrimps at about 375 F, until they are golden.
    3. Serve with coctail sauce to which crushed pinapple as been added according to taste.
