    1/4 cup Vlasic� Dill Relish
    12 capers - optional, minced
    2 tsp. dried minced onion
    2 tsp. milk
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. granulated sugar

    -Combine all ingredients in a sealable container.
