    A crowd-pleaser for Holiday gatherings. This is my most requested recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb bulk sausage
    1 (10.00 ounces) package sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
    3 cups Bisquick baking mix

    Recipe



    1. Allow cheese and sausage to reach room temperature.
    2. Place in mixing bowl with Bisquick and blend till smooth.
    3. Roll into 1 inch balls, place onto cookie sheets.
    4. Bake in 400* oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or till golden brown.
    5. Drain on paper toweling.
    6. Serve warm.
