    Holiday Refridgerator Rolls

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 packages yeast
    • 1 cup luke warm water
    • 1 cup shortening
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 scant Tbls salt1 cup boiling water
    • 2 eggs
    • 6 1/2 cups flour


    Instructions


    1. Softrn yeast in luke warm water. Cream shortening, sugar, and salt. Add the boiling water, mix, and cool to luke warm. Add well beaten eggs, yeast mixture, and flour; mix well. Dough will have a wet consistency. Cover lightly and put in refridgerator at least 2 hours overnight is even better.
    2. Make out rolls and let rise 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes.
