    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1 oz unsweetened chocolate (1 square)
    • 12 oz cashews


    Instructions


    1. Line cookie sheet with wax paper. In a large sauce pan over low heat, melt chips and chocolate; stir until smooth. Stir in cashews.
    2. Drop candy by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Refridgerate until set. Store in tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Makes 3 dozen.
