    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup chili powder
    • 2 tsp cayene pepper
    • 1/4 cup paprika
    • 1/8 cup crushed red pepper
    • 1/8 cup granulated garlic
    • 1/4 cup ground cumin
    • 1 Tbls fennel seed
    • 1/8 cup ground black pepper
    • 3 lbs beefalo
    • 1 #10 can punto beans
    • 1 #10 can kidney beans
    • 1/4 cup minced garlic
    • 1/4 cup jalapenos
    • 3-4 large green bell peppers, diced
    • 4 large yellow onions chopped
    • 1/8 cup salt
    • 3/8 cup louisanna hot sauce
    • 6 oz worcestershire sauce
    • 3/8 cup honey
    • 2 #10 all purpose crushed tomatoes
    • 5 bay leaves


    Instructions


    1. Mix dry spices together. In large skillet, saute beefalo, 1/2 the onions, and 1/2 the dry mix. Pour off the fat. Add remaining onions, jalapenos, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until transluccent.
    2. Drain beans and tomatoes. Add to meat. Add remaining ingredents. Cook over medium heat at least 1 hour stirring constanrly.
