    White Chicken Chili

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tsp oil
    • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
    • 2 cups cooked chicken breast
    • 1 1/2 cups chicken brouth
    • 1 (15 oz.) can cannellini or great northern beans (rinsed and drained)
    • 1 can shoepeg corn,drained
    • 1 7(oz) can sasala verde
    • sour cream, cheese, cilantro for serving



    Instructions


    1. Saute chopped onions in a saucepan. Add cooked chicken and cook with onions 2 minutes. Add chicken brouth, beans, corn and sasala verde. Cook 10-15 minutes while cornbread is baking.
    2. DRESSED UP CORNBREAD
    3. 1 BOX CORNBREAD MIX
      1 CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES
      1/2 CUP CHEESE
    4. Make cornbread according to instructions. Add drained chilies and 1/2 cup cheese. Mix thiurghtly and pour in pan. Bake according to directions.
