    Great easy party dip

    List of Ingredients




    1 jar great northern bean
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 (7.50 ounces) can taco sauce
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

    Recipe



    1. in food processor, puree beans.
    2. in large skillet saute onion and garlic until tender.
    3. Add bean puree, taco sauce, vinegar and cumin.
    4. mix well.
    5. add cheese, mix until melted and well mixed.
    6. serve warm with veggies, crackers or tortilla chips
