    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup dehy
    • 1 Tbls cornstarch
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 2 Tbls fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing for dredging
    • 1/2 cup olive or vegtable oil
    • fileted pike, flounder or whitefish


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix first five ingredents in a pan large enough to hold the fish filets and set aside. Marinate fish in Italian dressing for 20 minutes,dredge in potatoe mixture. In an oven proof pan, heat the oil and brown the fish on one side,turn over and bake in oven 7-8 minutes.Remove from pan and serve over Minnesota rice or pilat. Drizzle with dilled yogart and garnish with lemon and cucumber salad.
