    Blend of Kalamata olives, garlic, roasted red pepper and parsley.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
    • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper
    • 1/2 cup roasted garlic
    • 1/2 cup fresh parsley


    Instructions


    1. Chop the olives, garlic and parsley together. Then add the pepper and chop until throughtly mixed.
    2. Place with one focaccia round cut into triangles, garnish with fresh parsley and romano cheese.
