    Tomato Head's famous Strawberry Pie


    List of Ingredients


    • one prepared 9 inch pie crust
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 3 Tsp cornstarch
    • 1 cup frozen cran/rasberry juice, thawed
    • 3/4 cup water
    • 5 cups fresh strawberrys ,sliced


    Instructions


    1. Mix sugar, cornstarch, juice and water in a medium sauce pan. Over medium heat wisk mixture until thickened and boiling. Pour mixture into medium bowl and allow to cool,Cover with sarah wrap and redridgerate overnight.
    2. Prick bottom and sides of pie crust with a fork and bake in a 375 degree oven until golden approximatley 15-20 minutes, allow to cool completely.
    3. Wisk jelly mixture until smooth, stir in strawberries,pour berries into pie crust.
    4. Serve with fresh whipped cream
