    • 2 CUPS CRUSHED OREO COOKIES
    • 3 STICKS BUTTER
    • 2 CUPS SUGAR
    • 5 LARGE EGGS
    • 3 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
    • 1 TSP. BAKING POWDER
    • 1 CUP CREAM
    • 1 TABLESPOON VANILLA


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES.
    2. BUTTER AND FLOUR A TUBE PAN
    3. CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR UNTIL LIGHT AND SMOOTH
    4. ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME, BEATING AFTER EACH ONE.
    5. COMBINE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER. ADD HALF TO BATTER AND BEAT WELL.ADD CREAM AND VANILLA TO THE BATTER AND MIX WELL. ADD THE REST OF THE FLOUR MIXTURE. BEAT WELL
    6. ADD CRUSHED OREOS AND MIX JUST UNTIL BLENDED . DO NOT OVERMIX.
    7. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AND 10-15 MINUTES OR UNTIL CAKE TESTS DONE.
    8. LET COOL IN PAN FOR 15 MINUTES. TURN ONTO WIRE RACK AND COOL COMPLETELY.
