    • 1 PKG. WHITE CAKE MIX
    • 1 1/2 CUP SWEEETENED STRAWBERRIES, PUREED
    • 3/4 POUND CREAM CHEESE
    • 8(1 OZ.) SQUARES WHITE CHOCOLATE
    • 1 CUP HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
    • 1 (8OZ.) CONTAINER FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED
    • 1 CUP SLICED FRESH STRAWBERRIES


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. GREASE 2 9-INCH ROUND CAKE PANS
    2. MAKE CAKE PER DIRECTIONS,EXCEPT SUBSTITUTE 1 1/2 CUP PUREED STRAWBERRIES FOR THE WATER AND ADD ONE EXTRA EGG. ADD 8 OZ. OF THE CREAM CHEESE (ROOM TEMPERATURE). BEAT WELL AND POUR INTO THE PREPARED PANS.

    3. BAKE FOR 20-25 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. TOOTHPICK TESTING WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS CAKE BECAUSE IT IS SO MOIST.
    4. LET CAKE COOL FULLY, THEN FROST
    5. TO MAKE FROSTING; HEAT THE HEAVY CREAM UNTIL IT JUST BEGINS TO BOIL. POUR IT OVER THE WHITE CHOCOLATE (CHOPPED) AND THE REMAINING 4 OZ. OF CREAM CHEESE.MIX WELL AND LET COOL. ONCE COOL FOLD IN THE WHIPPED TOPPING.
