    • 1 TBLSP. LIGHT CORN SYRUP
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
    • 2 TBSP. BUTTER
    • 1 TSP. VANILLA
    • 2 TSP. BUTTER
    • 2 TSP. SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS


    Instructions


    1. BUTTER SIDES OF HEAVY 3 QT. SAUCEPAN
    2. IN PREPARED PAN COMBINE SUGAR, EGGNOG, AND CORN SYRUP
    3. COOK TO SOFT BALL STAGE (238 DEGREES)STIRRING ONLY AS NECCESSARY. IMMEDIATELY REMOVE FROM HEAT AND COOL TO LUKEWARM(110)WITHOUT STIRRING
    4. ADD 2 TBLSPN. BUTTER AND VANILLA, BEAT VIGOROUSLY TILL FUDGE LOSES ITS GLOSS.
    5. QUICKLY STIR IN NUTS.
    6. POUR INTO BUTTERED 8 INCH PAN
    7. IN GLASS MEASURING CUP, PLACE CHOC. CHIPS AND 2 TSPS. BUTTER
    8. MICROWAVE UNTIL MELTED.
    9. STIR WELL AND DRIZZLE OVER TOP OF FUDGE
    10. LET SET TO HARDEN THEN CUT INTO SQUARES
