    • 1/2 POUND MACARONI
    • 4 CUPS SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, SHREDDED
    • 1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
    • 1 1/2 CUPS MILK
    • 2 EGGS
    • 1 TSP SALT
    • 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. IN A LARGE POT COOK THE MACARONI FOR 8 MINUTES. SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY UNDERCOOKED.
    2. IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX TOGETHER 3 CUPS OF THE SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, COOKED MACARONI, EVAPORATED MILK, MILK, EGGS, AND SALT AND PEPPER.
    3. TRANSFER TO A BUTTERED CROCKPOT. SPRINKLE WITH THE ONE CUP OF REMAINING CHEESE
    4. COOK ON LOW FOR 5-6 HOURS OR UNTIL MIXTURE IS GOLDEN AROUND THE EDGES AND FIRM.
    5. DON"T REMOVE THE LID OR STIR DURING COOKING
