    • 5 POUNDS ROASTING CHICKEN
    • SALT
    • PEPPER
    • PAPRIKA
    • 5 CLOVES GARLIC, MASHED
    • 1/4 POUND BUTTER
    • 1/2 CUP CHICKEN BROTH


    Instructions


    1. SPRINKLE THE CHICKEN, INSIDE AND OUT, WITH SALT, PEPPER, AND PAPRIKA
    2. SPREAD 1/2 THE GARLIC IN THE CAVITY AND THE REST ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BIRD.
    3. PLACE THE BIRD IN TEH CROCKPOT AND PLACE A FEW BATS OF BUTTER ON ITS BREAST. ADD THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND COOK ON LOW FOR 6 TO 8 HOURS.


    4. SERVE THE HOT GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE WITH THE CHICKEN.
