1 can 29 oz sliced peaches, drained
1 cup biscuit mix
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange peach slices in an ungreased 8-inch pan. Combine biscuit mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl, mix well. Using a fork or pastry blender, cut the butter into the biscuit mix until it resembles cornmeal. Sprinkle mixture over peaches. Bake, uncovered, for 18-20 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
