List of Ingredients
4-6 Tilapias (Thawed)
1/2 - 3/4 lb of Shrimp (Cooked & Peeled)
2 cups of Classico Creamy Alfredo Sauce
Mrs. Dash Chipotle Seasoning
2-3 tbsp of Butter
2 cups of White Rice (Cooked)Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season both sides of the tilapia
with a respective amount of seasonings and butter (If you prefer
not so spicy use about 1 1/2 tsp a piece). Bake for 10 minutes or
until done. Coat shrimp with seasonings and saute in buttered (2
tbsp of butter) pan over med-high heat constantly stirring. Saute
for about 2-3 minutes or until hot. DO NOT OVERCOOK SHRIMP OR IT
WILL BE CHEWY AND TOUGH. In small sauce pan simmer alfredo sauce.
In a serving platter layer rice, place tilapia on top of rice,
pour 2 tbsp of alfredo sauce over top each tilapia and place 3-4
shrimp a top alfredo sauce. I served with steamed broccoli.
