Catfish
Fine Ground Yellow Corn Meal
Gallon Size Ziploc Bag
Peanut Oil
Salt and PepperRecipe
Rinse catfish with water. Add cornmeal to Ziploc bag. Place the
fish, one at the time, in the bag and shake to coat with
cornmeal. Fry fish in iron or stainless steel skillet in medium
high heat, in peanut oil. Turn once or twice using tongs. Drain
on paper towels and season with salt and pepper to taste.
